Allergy Translation cards that are reliable and guaranteed to be correct are quite expensive, so I have put together a list of the different free allergy translation cards that I have found so you can manage your travel budget.
Lonely Planet Accessible Travel Phrasebook
This free downloadable e-book by Lonely Planet includes allergy terminology for 35 languages. Learn more about the e-book here: Lonely Planet Accessible Travel Phrasebook.
Broker Fish Allergy Cards
Broker Fish have created 8 different types of allergy cards in six different languages. Each of them is available to download for free. I was happy to see that one of the language is Thai, as most of the freebies I have found only have European languages available. Get your cards here: Broker Fish Allergy Cards.
Allergy Action Cards
Allergy Action have created a bunch of downloadable cards that you can print or save on your phone. The cards cover common allergies and popular languages and you can get your copy of the cards here: Allergy Action downloadable allergy cards.
Food Allergy Cards App
This app seems to be marketed as being free, but it is only free in English, French and Russian and the rest you pay for. The price is low compared to the actual physical cards and it was under £2, but it is not clear if that is cost per language or if it is a monthly subscription that opens all languages.
