Accessible Transport Around The World

One of the biggest concerns for disabled travellers, autistic travellers and families with additional needs is how to get around once you arrive at your destination. Accessible transport can vary enormously from country to country. Some destinations offer step-free metro systems, accessible buses and dedicated assistance services, while others can be much more challenging to navigate.

This page acts as a central hub for all of my country-specific accessible transport guides. Whether you are looking for information about wheelchair access, travelling with mobility equipment, sensory-friendly transport options or public transport assistance schemes, you will find links to detailed guides below.

I regularly update these guides as accessibility infrastructure changes, so bookmark this page and check back before your next trip. If there is no pink link appearing to an accessible transport post, that means it is still being created and should be live soon.
